姉歯一級建築士
家の近くにもこんなマンションがあります。
100平方メートルあって、値段は他の70～80平方メートルクラスのマンションの3分の2程度・・・。
新興のデベロッパーの建てたマンションです。
こういうマンションって、姉歯氏の設計によるマンションと同じなのかな？…
とも思いますね。
今回のことは『氷山の１角』なのかも…。
姉歯建築士、ヒューザー、木村建設、じゃなくても・・・。
他の方のブログを読ませてもらって、
工事が早すぎると、コンクリートの強度がなくて、普通の設計でもダメなようですね。
買った方たちは大変ですね。
でも、家を買うときは販売会社や施工業者などを選ぶものです。
（どれも聞いたことないような小さな会社では、ダメです。どちらかが大手でないと・・・）
