ダイエットできちゃった2
2006年6月、PEGイントロン」+レベトールで治療中に、
エコーで肝臓の辺りの脂肪が発覚。
2桁に下がっていたALT（GPT)も再び3桁に・・・。
それで、ドクターから、ダイエット命令。
体重が多いとインターフェロンもあまり効かないし、ALT(GPT)も高くなる。
ウィルス検査（アンプリコア定性）もしていたのですが、たぶんダメ・・・と思いました。
翌週、検査結果が出てました。
アンプリコア定性で『ケンシュツセズ』
早期に陰性化したことになります。
ウィルスは消えてのに、ALT(GPT)とAST(GOT)は高くなってるなんて、どういうこと？
教授に
『これぐらい、（ALTが）ウィルスで高いのか、脂肪で高いのか分からない』
と、言われたことがありました。
ホントに脂肪のせいだった。本気でダイエットしないと・・・と、ここでやっと自覚しました（笑）。。。
自覚したら、あとは徹底的に実行してしまう性格。
体重の変化
- 上の子（当時高1）出産前までは40～42キロ。
- 上の子出産後は42～43キロ
- 下の子出産後は、45キロぐらいまでしか戻らなかった
- その後、1年に1キロぐらいずつ、体重が増えていった。
- 年に1キロでも10年たてば10キロ増える。50キロを越えたあたりから病院で注意されてました。
1年に一キロ増える原因も自分で分かってました。
コーヒーや紅茶にお砂糖とクリームをたっぷり入れる・・・のが主な原因。
これをやめてみることにしました。
効果は・・・（デジタル計で）53.キロ台（6月）→52キロ（7月）→50キロ（8月）・・・でした。
治療終了の2007年3月が44キロ台、現在、44キロ～45キロ（BMIが19台）です。
単に飲み物を替えただけです・・・。
